If your purchase arrives broken or destroyed from
delivery, contact us immediately and we will replace it for you.
We understand that sometimes a purchase might not be what you
expected. If you need to return any item for any reason whatsoever, please let us know and we will help you in the return
process. This is part of our 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy. So, if you need to return an
item, make sure you have all the original packaging and send us an email to jjladells@yahoo.com. We will then issue you an automatic refund through PayPal and will ask
that you send the item back to us. We'll make sure that it gets back to the manufacturer and take care of all the
hard stuff for you.
If you would prefer to exchange the item, we'll see what
we can do to help.
If an item is broken during transit, the process will be a little
different as UPS is generally responsible for items that they damage. If this is the case, send us an email and
we'll make sure that the item gets replaced immediately. If you have any other questions or problems, please contact

rest. We wanted something that would be exciting and easy to navigate, and also be filled with great items for great
prices. We've done our best to make our shopping center a satisfying and efficient process for you--all with FREE

Shipping
and Handling
Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground from the manufacturer's warehouse
within three business days. Virtually all our orders leave the warehouse within two business days, but during heavy
shopping seasons, it may take up to three days to leave the warehouse. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard
UPS Ground and UPS Worldwide shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at
the time, is from three to seven business days within the USA, longer for international shipments.

Shipping and Handling costs are based on the costs charged to us by the
manufacturer to deliver the product directly to you from their warehouse. All products are shipped via UPS Ground or
UPS Worldwide. However, we felt that you shouldn't have to pay for shipping and have worked hard in providing you free
shipping; on most items (the items that we have to charge shipping on are noted and easy to understand). Maybe
we're crazy, but we need customers to be successful, and this is our way of thanking you. We'll offer free shipping
as long as we can, and hope that we can continue to be your shopping center for a long time to come.
Overnight
Delivery Options
Overnight and second and third day shipping is available for an additional
shipping charge. Please understand that it may take a day or two for the maufacturer to ship the products from the warehouse,
so please plan for this delay in rush orders.
